So I'm writing here from the library. The little box in the lower right hand corner of my screen informs me that I have 19 minutes left in my session. I installed Windows Vista on my laptop 3 weeks ago, thinking that it was going to live up to its hype. Well, maybe for others, but not for me. Once installed it wouldn't let my computer shut down and my programs were working at a snail's pace. That's when I happened to find out that my laptop was not Vista compatible. I had heard different from the Wal Mart salesguy. So I tried to reinstall XP on my own, but the "blue screen of death" appeared. So I called HP, and they were no help. Basically the Indian women on the other line informed me that there was nothing she could do for me, and could she offer a new laptop at cheap? Gee thanks. So then I called the local computer place and they've had it since last Wednesday. They said it would take 3-5 days, and I'm getting antsy here. =) At least I'm not a complete computer addict; I've found other ways to bide my free time. I've read (of course), taken long walks outside, done a few puzzles, and watched a few movies. I only came here to the library to check my e-mail and a few MySpace messages. I got another e-mail from Mike at IBR. I wrote him back, hoping I can have my interview either Wednesday or Friday. I'm getting antsy about leaving GS again. Every day I go in, it's the same old stuff. Plus, I'm getting tired of working my ass off and not getting any recognition. I suppose a Thank You is too much to give for some people. =( It also doesn't help that the people I can't stand pop in all the time. I know <i>they</i> just come in to see if I'm still here, and report back to <i>her</i>. I can't wait for the day when they do come in and to their surprise, I'm not there anymore.

oh m.w. you are sadly mistaken & terribly misinformed. my decision to remain virginal has nothing to do with my sexual orientation. considering what happened sophomore year, you of all people should be cautious about judging others and their sexual preference. we all haven't found mr. right like you supposedly have, dear. so please, stfu and learn to mind your own business. karma is a bitch about things like that. :-)
p.s. i've known "n" is gay for 4 years. i wouldn't waste my energy "pining" for a homosexual all of this time, either. thankyouverymuch
